Nosty™ Refund Policy

At Nosty™, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains your rights and the process for returns and refunds.

RETURN PERIOD
Our policy allows 30 days from the date of purchase for returns. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

ELIGIBLE ITEMS FOR RETURN
To be eligible for a return, the item must be intact and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)

  • Intimate or sanitary products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software

  • Certain health and personal care items

PARTIAL REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Some items may qualify only for a partial refund, including:

  • Books with obvious signs of use

  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes, or vinyl records

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error

  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

REFUND PROCESS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the receipt and approval or rejection of your refund request.

If your refund is approved, the credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often processing time for refunds to be recorded.

SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info.nosty@gmail.com.

GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift voucher for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you personally, the refund will be sent to the gift giver, and they will be notified of your return.

RETURN SHIPPING
To return an item, please contact us at info.nosty@gmail.com for instructions.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for the replacement product to reach you can vary.

For items valued over €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
